  I ordered a pizza and two liter to be delivered. I received my pizza but no drink. I asked the door dash driver and he had no idea. I even showed him the receipt. He was like oh well. So call the restaurant and tell them about the issue and her response was would you like to come get it. If i wanted to pick up my food I would've ordered it carryout and not paid a delivery fee and tipped a driver. So I asked for a refund on just the drink and she said that was not possible because door dash picked up my order. I don't see what that has to do with anything, I didn't order through door dash I ordered it through the pizza hut app. Terrible customer service..

  Ordered on Pizza Hut app, went to pick it up. The guy is shouting - What do you want. Extremely rude for no reason. 3 missed items, reminded him, he went and picked them up and literally threw it in my hand. I own a business on memorial, we have a pizza day every Friday, I guess I’m taking my business somewhere else.

  I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. Whenever THEY make a mistake with your pizza or whatever your order is, they do not care. I came up to Pizza Hut tonight to pick up a large three topping pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and ham. I paid for my pizza and drove home. Once I got home and opened the box, I realized that I only have two of the toppings, pepperoni and sausage. I contacted Pizza Hut right away and let them know that I’m missing one of my toppings I got in touch with the call center that advised me that I needed to bring the pizza back up to Pizza Hut. I advised the call center woman that I am not close enough to bring the pizza back tonight. She asked me would I like a credit towards my next purchase. I advised her yes, next thing I know I’m getting in contact with the store and I spoke with a manager on duty. I advised the manager on duty of what was going on. He told me that I can bring the pizza back for a replacement. I advised the manager the same thing that I told the lady at the call center I am not close to the store to bring the pizza back. I only stopped at that specific location because it was convenient to where I was at at the time I advised the manager that the lady on the call center line advised me that I could get a credit towards my pizza. The managers advised me that the person I was talking to was a call center and that they have no authority to give me a credit and that he can’t just give a credit to anyone that calls and says their pizza is messed up. I advised the manager that I just left the store And asked if he remembered my order. The manager said he does not remember my order, but he remembers handing it to me. I advised the manager well the order was not correct and I would like my pizza either replaced or refunded. I advised him that I would not be able to come back tonight, but I could come another day. The manager then stated that it is Pizza Hut’s policy for me to bring the pizza back tonight in order to get it replaced. I advised him again that I’m not able to bring it tonight and he asked with an attitude “Well What do you want me to do?” I advised the manager that I would just like the credit that the woman on the phone told me that I would receive. After I stated that the manager just ignored me and started talking to a customer that was in the store. I feel like this experience was very unprofessional very inconvenient and I will never Purchase a pizza from this location ever again!!!

  THE worst pizza that I’ve ever gotten, no cheese, no sauce, crust thin as a quarter and hard to bite. Don’t know how you mess a pizza up this bad and skimp me, it’s not coming out of your check to give me some cheese .
