I was told there is an option in the app. I advised the lady that I know that and I have used it and the sauce isn’t light. She said she would tell the cook but he had already start making my pizza by the time she make it over there. This place is usually the best when it come to customer service experience. Which is why I return. Today was off . And I didn’t like it. Maybe it’s because it was a free pizza I don’t know.UPDATE. Pizza came out as expected BUT I was able to speak to the manager and she offered to remake my pizza with no hesitation!!!!!! She even put on gloves to make it. The person who initially made it didn’t have on gloves.but he did wash his hands after he made it and started on a new pizza. I can’t confirm or deny it was done before he started mine. I will return.

Today myself and 2 other customers witnessed none of the employees handling the food wore gloves. When confronted about it we was told with attitude "as long as their washing their hands" gloves were not necessary. However I personally sat there and watched none of the employees but 1 employee washed they hands. The one that did wash her hands wasn't even handling the food. I will say only the cashier girl with colored hair was the only polite and respectful employee there. This was between 5:30-6pm. Now I realize y'all were busy but that's not an excuse to be treated rudely and more importantly for no one to be wearing gloves while touching the food. Again I do greatly appreciate the young lady who was working the register. If I ever go back it will be solely bc of her professionalism in the way she handled things.
