- ECEric ClevengerJan 11, 20261.0I have been in retail most of my life and I have always been trained and also believe the last customer of the day should be treated as well as the first customer of the day. We walked into the restaurant on 71st and 169 about 10 min to 8pm. We ordered what we wanted thru the kiosk they have at the door and selected to dine in. When my wife went to go get her water the wait staff asked if we could take our order to go. She replied no, we selected dine in because the drive was a bit and our food would be cold by the time we got home. I received a text saying our food was ready so I went to go pick it up from the back counter, it was not ready. When the food was ready they gave it to me in a bag. I asked the cook if he knew this order was for dine in, he replied yes but they were closing soon so I needed to take the order to go, he then turned and just walked away. It would be a lot different if after a certain time the kiosk would not allow you to select dine in or if they had a note posted that said something as simple as after a certain time all orders are to go.
