- TTTulsaGuy26Jan 4, 20261.0I had a very uncomfortable experience using the drive-through. The employee at the first window did not acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no eye contact, no response to anything I said. At that point, a keypad and printer would have provided a better experience without the awkwardness. At the second window, when I thanked the employee for my drink, she rolled her eyes at me. That kind of reaction makes a customer feel unwelcome and dismissed. If customer interaction is an issue, automation would honestly be preferable. Because of the behavior during this interaction, I didn’t feel comfortable and ended up throwing the drink away. Customer service matters, and this experience showed none of it. Edit: I also completed the feedback form as suggested and never received a response. Choose where you spend your money wisely.
