    Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. With some of the snarkiest and worst employees. They never have food ready you always have to wait.

    worst service n food ever staff took over 30 mins to fill an order then I had to go in and get it after being asked to pull to the second waiting spot the buns were hard and u could tell the burgers had been sitting there the only person I was working was a girl who was mopping this is unacceptable considering you guys just reopened

    What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to wait 30 minutes in a parking spot, even though you ordered the food 20 minutes before you even got there? I even clicked the "I'm here" button before getting to the actual store just to make sure they'd be working on it. It wasn't a crazy large order either. When they finally got it out there was no "sorry for your wait" or anything like that. Just a "here." It was definitely not a good experience. Wanted to update: The GM emailed me and said they would replace the order. So I went to the McDonald's and they only gave me a small part of the order, which honestly wasn't a huge deal. But the way I was treated was absolutely atrocious. They acted like I was basically trying to steal from them. This store obviously lacks customer service. I wouldn't send my dog to this location after that interaction. All over a $20 dollar order that I didn't even get to eat because I had to wait so long I was late for an appointment. At first I thought they were really trying to make it right but obviously not. I've never had such a bad experience from anyone working in food and I am a former restaurant GM myself. What I experienced today was completely unacceptable and if you treat everyone like that you won't get any customers.

    No menu boards inside. Smaller than it used to be. No parking if you didn't mobile order. None of them know what they're doing. Cold fries and I only got half of the fries I should have.a literal giant glob of ketchup. Rude customer service. No training. This place needs to be shut back down for training on food and customer service. They messed up on 4 orders including mine while it took 15 minutes to get a quarter pounder and double quarter pounder meal

    Horrible! I am using my mobile app for years and I used my 30% off code for 20 nuggets. Employee that took my order messed up and all the sudden the code wasn’t valid anymore and it said “oh you are very hungry you have to wait 12 more minutes”. He called for a manager to have the issue fixed and she was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Instead of fixing the issue and honoring my discount she got all defensive and said she can’t do anything. Lies! We go to Mc Donald’s at least 3 times a week and I know she could have! I asked for her name and all the sudden she walked away from the window with my credit card in hand! Aparently she went to get a pen. She wrote her name “Amy” on my receipt. No way her name is Amy! She was an older Hispanic lady claiming to be a manager. When I pulled up at the window to get our food I asked the girl if her managers name is Amy and she acted all shy and said she didn’t know. She seemed scared to tell me any names. When I asked her what HER name was she said Yuri. That “manager Amy” clearly needs some training in customer service.
