Also I stop doing door dashes from this location because they don’t pack the order correctly, the building looks nice with the new construction but terrible service and customer service.

- AVAngel VasquezNov 11, 20251.0The remodel came out horrible. They only remodeled the kitchen to make it bigger and the lobby is extremely small. I came in with a group of 11 people. I was the first one to order and was the last person to receive my order. I waited 11 minutes for my order, while the other people have already finished their meal. When I received my meal, my burger had the paper thing that they use for the meat. The workers did not do that on accident, they did that with pure laziness. Of course I had to tell them something about it, and don’t get me started on the managers. The managers were horrible to their staff members. The managers were just wandering around with their cell phones and constantly taking breaks. What a horrible experience, never returning back. BRING BACK THE OLD MODEL!!!

The staff is slow and has no idea what they are doing, and the equipment cant be the problem, its clearly a staff issue and that is ridiculous bc this is a brand new store they just BUILT after tearing down the entire building... sad sad sad.

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and the store cannot figure out how to get my order to me. Harvards location is good for mobile orders however. Maybe this one needs to rethink who they hired as manager. Especially for the a.m., hours.
