I asked for a different toy. They said no I said let me speak to the manager. They gave me a different toy, but one he already had. More crying. I went to 3 McDonald's today and went through 7 toys and was unsuccessful and my 4 yr old was crying. Sad way to play on kids.

If you’re going to not take orders when you’re still open then hours should be updated to reflect. At least to be acknowledged rather than ignored would be nice. I’ve been inside and DT doesn’t matter. Management I know does not care as I’ve also seen when the time I dined I inside just sitting at the table in the corner as I stood as counter for over 5 minutes to just get the rest of my order that was not delivered to the table while my food got cold. I know mcds is not known for guest service but after being completely ignored when they should have been open still was the last straw for me.

If the McDonalds app works at all here it’s probably not going to take the deal or offer you choose because at 6pm the app thinks this location is serving breakfast only.

My crispy chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. This location is progressively getting worse and worse. I'm pretty close to driving out of my way home to go to a different location. Ridiculous.
