Terrible quality of food, I was served raw quarter pounder meat here, the nuggets always hard or cold fries too spoke to 3 members of management about food quality. Quality has not improved.

The food was old and cold. When I took it back and asked for hot fries and nuggets, they replaced my food. The fries were hot, hard and taste like cardboard.. nasty. The nuggets were barely warm. It was lunchtime and pretty busy, so I wondered if others got cold or cardboard fries too. Iads

I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru to wait on my food to finish. I said I couldn’t because I was in a hurry. Then some other lady comes to the window screaming about how her line wasn’t going to move like that’s my fault. Then they magically have my order no more than 15 seconds later. Your lack of preparation is not my problem and you are lucky I didn’t climb through my window at you screaming like that. Also, ICE needs to be called on this store. 👍
