They got me the wrong size drink. No biggie. I mentioned it to them and they had me pull up. They still gave me the wrong drink at the second window. And the food was thrown in my hand pretty roughly. I’d just drive the extra distance to another one if you’re a very particular person.

I understand hiring young people for the first job, but I really wish we could teach people how to care again and actually care about their job and about the people they interact with. I come here probably a couple times a month and in the last few weeks the staff here has just literally stopped caring

Can someone please teach these employees to at least say “hi” or “thank you” back when the customer says it? It’s incredibly rude to just stare and not say a word. Thought that was common sense but I guess not. It’s happened SO many times at this location to my husband and I.
