Tried to use rewards in the drive through. I'm not sure why but Devin seems to be the only employee who cannot figure out the rewards system. He's the only one I've ever had issues with.

If I could leave a lower review I would. Order #1398 on 12/28. I placed my order in the drive through. 2 Big Macs, 1 10pcc mcnuggets/no sauce, and 4 apple pies. $24.56. It took 15 minutes to get up to the window to pay. I should have left then. Hindsight is 20-20 as they say. Paid. Receipt time stamp was 4:21pm. I got to the pickup window at 4:35. They told me they didn't have 2 of the pies, did I want cream pies or did I want to wait for more to cook. I asked for them to refund the 2 not available. He promised it would be only a couple more minutes and they'd bring them right out. Like a fool, I believed him . After waiting 15 minutes more, I finally locked my car up and went inside for a full refund at 4:52. The same guy was at the register and he told the other customers standing there that I hadn't waited that long. As the incompetent manager gave me my refund, she told me leaving a review wasn't necessary. I'll never be back.
