I was just picking up a door dash and I went through the drive thru.. their customer service is what most McDonald's would definitely consider unacceptable. I worked for a very exceptional McDonald's for a couple of years and I am very confident that they didnt come even close to meeting what McDonald's standards are when it comes to their customer service skills. I am actually happy that I am delivering the food instead of the person that ordered it. I really dont want to know what their food is like because the chances of it matching their customer service typically is high in a typical setting. I will definitely not be coming back to this particular McDonald's. Total wait time for a filet o fish meal and 2 pies was a little bit of 29 minutes.
