- DFDaniel Fisher2 days ago2.0Please Read before you come here or Order online Breakfast at this McDonald's is amazing, from start to 10:30 AM it is done quite well, where the food tastes fresh, and not stale. Lunch and Dinner: It is not as good. I have tried to eat lunch here at noon (12:00 PM) and the fries were cold, stale, and tasted like they were left out for a while without being changed. Now, to give a benefit of the doubt, I ordered a DoorDash order at 10:13 PM for a simple order. Two burgers and one large order of fries. Now you would think it would take maybe 10-20 minutes...No..It took a full hour, and it wasn't the Dashers fault. Once the food was delivered, thw fries didn't just taste stale, they tasted old, like more than one hour old, were talking maybe 3 hours old or more, the fries were cold, and hard, stale and they tasted like old used food oil. On top of this, of course the burgers were cold.... Now, the Inside of the restaurant needs to be cleaned. It's honestly shocking at how dirty the booths are, trash, pieces of food or wrappers, it's disappointing...Whoever they have as their afternoon crew they need to fix, because the morning crew act way more professional and get things done properly then the afternoon crew.

Talk about horrible customer service. All I wanted was to add one piece of sausage for $1.25 To my order and they really made me come inside to order it. They need to learn customer service. I will also be filing this complaint with Corporate.
