When I politely requested an additional sauce, the employee stated they could not provide one because “their boss is mad,” which was confusing and unprofessional. Additionally, I waited approximately 10 minutes for cookies. Overall, the service and management were very disappointing.

Received 3 regular and one absolutely covered in ketchup just on the outside. Inside it was regular. It wasn't even wrapped up like the rest of them were. Open in the bag. How are we ok with this behavior. The person who did it needs fired and the manager needs writen up.
