A second employee finally acknowledged me and said I needed the original phone where the order was created or they can’t pull the order up. I disagreed and said that makes no sense and should be able to pull my order up. She then looked in the system and found my order. Order was made and they said drinks and everything was inside (bag was sealed). Got home and my order was incomplete!

- YOYassel OrdonezOct 27, 20251.0This place is always so dirty. restrooms are discusting toilete paper on the floor mind you a manager had just been in there he saw it. Floors are nasty have not been swept there is all kind of trash and pieces of chicken nuggets. They bearly pay attention to customers. And their printers at kiosk never have receipt paper. No smiles no greeting when you walk in. Dont dare ask for a sauce because the face they give you is the worst.
