I order from the mobile app and didn’t get chance to pick up my order from 11/6/2024 I try calling them explaining my situation the girl acting like she couldn’t hear me I was tryna tell her can i get a refund since I didn’t pick my order up all she kept saying is hello hello and hung up I called again same thing she called back saying don’t call this number back so I called on my brother phone same situation hung up and blocked both of number so I try the next morning 11/7/2024 explaining myself and the person just hung up ain’t even asking what happened I just wanted my refund but the last 2 females was very rude from the over night to the morning I was just trying to can i get a refund since I didn’t pick up my order

Bad service. Ordered door dash and over an hour my order was not made. I went in person, one employee asked my order and continued cleaning not helping me. A second employee finally acknowledged me and said I needed the original phone where the order was created or they can’t pull the order up. I disagreed and said that makes no sense and should be able to pull my order up. She then looked in the system and found my order. Order was made and they said drinks and everything was inside (bag was sealed). Got home and my order was incomplete!

Put the wrong drink in and had the audacity to ask to see my receipt when I asked for the right drink. No fool, you put in the wrong drink so it doesn't matter what the receipt says. 😄🙄 Whatever. It's McDonald's

This place is always so dirty. restrooms are discusting toilete paper on the floor mind you a manager had just been in there he saw it. Floors are nasty have not been swept there is all kind of trash and pieces of chicken nuggets. They bearly pay attention to customers. And their printers at kiosk never have receipt paper. No smiles no greeting when you walk in. Dont dare ask for a sauce because the face they give you is the worst.
