I order a mcchicken no mayo add cheese. I got a mcchicken no mayo. I paid 85 cents extra for the cheese and did not get it. I then call several times and nobody would answer the phone just really frustrating.

I came through the drive-through around 12:50 a.m. and ordered a Double Cheeseburger $5 Meal Deal. After receiving my order, I immediately noticed that the food was very stale. The cheeseburger was hard, and the meat was dark and tasted old. When I opened the chicken nuggets, I took one bite and had to spit it out. The fries were also awful.
I went back through the drive-through and asked if my order could be remade. I politely explained that I understand remakes can be annoying, but the quality of the food was extremely poor. I was initially told no, then later offered a remake.
After receiving the replacement order, I realized it was the exact same food, simply refried. I then asked for a refund and explained to the manager that I had already bitten into one of the nuggets and that I have Hepatitis C and had just recovered from the flu. Putting those nuggets back into the fryer is a serious health hazard for other customers.
During this interaction, the manager laughed at me and called me racial slurs in Spanish, apparently not realizing that I speak Spanish.
This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I will be reporting this incident to the Tulsa Health Department.

Place was dirty . Have to get permission to use bathroom. And workers have an attitude and acted like they didn't know anything when asked a question witch made me feel like I was unimportant as a paying costumer and had no value to them and that I was disrupting them . I'll never go back to this establishment

Haven't been to this McDonald's in a long time. But today I stopped in ordered a steak. Mcmuffin and a sausage mcgriddle. Both came out hot and fresh. So I have no complaints.
