- MPMichael Parrott2 days ago1.0Customer service is terrible at this restaurant i had an ice water with my meal when they forgot it instead of just getting my water they wanted to see the receipt which after getting it got lost while waiting in lone and messing with my kids in the car. I had to pay 25 cents for the ice water and wait like 2 minutes while they walked to register and process it. I felt like being treated lole a liar and criminal over ice water. Screw this mcdonalds never is my family going back. If there is minor corrections with and order that are only a few cents different i don’t expect to be grilled over it and produce receipts like an audit.
