The customer service itself was horrible, we were sent two different locations for a special only to find out they weren’t actually even running it, and then once we paid for our wrist bands, no one explained the process to us as first time visitors, and we tried to use laser tag and the younger guy working instead of just explaining we needed to reserve our spot waved us through and then kicking us out right before the games started with the two girls and my sister in law, Jose was the one and only person willing to listen to us, and give us direction and he handled the entire situation wonderfully, over all the customer service and environment was unwelcoming but Jose truly changed the experience as much as he possibly could.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to this location . We got there right before 745 , at 817 I gave up waiting in line because only three or four groups had been helped at that point with multiple workers behind the counter. We decided we were just going to get game cards and play games . Wrong . Several machines were down , jammed , lacking balls . We spent half of our 300 credits before we realized we weren’t actually going to be able to play any games here, especially if the balls , discs or anything could be removed . We then tried to play the vr and shooter games because if they’re on they should work right ? Wrong . The pirate vr or whatever in the corner let both of us pay but said to wait because the other headset was in use when the above message said “ready” ? ALSO the cotton candy machine is as broken as well. That also just took our money . I do realize that probably isn’t their machine , but they could at least tape off the dang card reader or put a broken sign on it . Complete waste of money. Go to cinergy .

No one seems to like working there. Most employees don't want to help or they act like you are bothering them for asking for a refill or asking them to fix the bumpers that got stuck.

the pizza center, I didn’t like that they no longer sell pizza by the slices, and the tall Caucasian man that was working, had an attitude. He assumed I didn’t have money so he said “water is for free, I can offer you that “ that really pissed me off. It’s been 4 years since I been to the MAIN event.
