No silverware or napkins until everyone was close to done eating. Games were hit or miss. Probably over half of our points were used on games that either the buttons weren’t working, only one ball to throw or some didn’t even work at all even after taking our points. We talked to an employee about it and she said sorry and to find someone else to show them the broken games because they were short handed. Very unpleasant experience

He helped my grandsons price and choose their prizes with all their tickets with extreme patience A game they played had some glitches and he came quickly to fix it. He is a great representative of Main Event. A 5 star for William!

I called and returned to the venue and was unable to get anyone at the front desk to help me retrieve them. I called immediately after leaving and Kayla very rudely gave a "Sorry nothing has been turned into Lost and found" response. I politely asked to help find them as someone would think they were meant to be in the shoe and not Lost necessarily. All I was asking was for someone to help me look in the size shoes that I rented, but sadly, no one would help me today.

It was empty, and one worker asked us like they were going to help us start until we said we were told to wait! You just spent $1000 for fun but we want you to wait on nothingness for over 15 minutes to hold an imaginary spot? I'm pretty positive but this wasn't ok. They act like wasting a quarter hour with a large group is satisfactory. If we were waiting on something, would be nice to know what?
