  Placed an online order the evening before, for 5 boxes of donuts and 3 boxes of coffee. I got there 15 minutes late. Cashier said 25 more minutes for the rest of the coffee. 25 minutes later they needed an additional 10. The customized box wasnt custom. I received 5 instead of 6 dounts in that box. The whole experience was complicated for no reason. The Cashier was incredibly rude. It took 45 minutes to pick up my order. The restaurant did not seem understaffed.

  wait to be talked to like they didn't want us there! pretty crappy! If you work at an establishment with customers, you need to watch the tone because I choose where I return. I wouldn'take the 40 min drive again to be treated that way! Sad thing is this was to start my daughter's birthday. She said she'll just go to daylight where they're polite.. Which really hurt my feelings because this was meant to be a treat day!

  Arrived at Tulsa location 45 mins past opening, sign on the door says lobby is closed. Went around to drive thru and wanted to try the NEW donuts (Oreo, cheese cake, etc.) 2 of which had stickers saying they were unavailable. Started ordering and was told they didnt have ANY of the new donut flavors. So I drove all the way from Collinsville 30 mins for glazed donuts that I would think were at LEAST FRESH...The donuts they handed me were clearly freezing cold refrigerated donuts!!?? I asked whe they would get the new flavors I came for and then was told they would have them "later, they just didnt have them 'decorated. " So go decorate them...you've been open 45 mins!? Or tell me that they aren't decorated yet and offer me to wait a few for them to be done. Don't tell me you dont have any?? I hope a manager sees this and makes this right with us.

  ordered the Halloween donuts online, which are up charged more than regular donuts. When I got to the window, the girl said they were out so I asked her what we could do since I paid more for these. She literally rolled her eyes at me and shrugged and just told me to get regular donuts. When I asked her about them being up charged she said no so I didn’t get my Halloween donuts that I paid extra for and got an attitude from someone who hates their job like it’s my fault they work there. When I complained they sent me a coupon FOR REGULAR DONUTS—again not what i paid for. Just go to daylight donuts tbh

  I went into this location this morning and was absolutely appalled at something I witnessed. There was two women up front one white women with a hat, glasses, and NO GLOVES was moving donuts around with a STRAW..? just doing idk what.. proceeds to YELL at this very kind women that was actually wearing gloves btw. she said something about how "YOU DONT TOUCH THAT LIKE THAT! I TOLD YOU ALREADY DONT TOUCH THAT WITH YOUR GLOVE OMG" everyone fell silent. The lady very visibly hurt looked back at us and apologized and then proceeded to help us w a smilie and had our order done very quickly. I am telling you that fired me up. It seemed very very racist I will not lie. I tried to look for a name tag on this other lady to maybe see if she was the manager and that's why she thought she had the right to say anything to her... but ofc she wasn't wearing gloves so why would she have proper name tag?? LOL. so if she is a manager she should be definitely displaying that to her customers. Also if she isn't, then no way should she be telling anyone else what to do like that. Get a proper trainer for your employees if that's the case. That is not okay at all. And btw. The nice lady was very kind looking and looks like she keeps up with her hygiene great, the white lady on the other hand...... not so much, so if she's so worried about who's contaminating what, she should try washing her nasty visibly dirty hands.
