My food, pork belly and rice, came out before my wife’s. She ordered one sushi roll and it came out a full ten minutes after my food. Service was slow despite the fact that it was not busy. Would not go out of my way to come back.

All of the menu items can be requested to your preferred heat level of spicy. I ordered ants on a tree, similar to dan dan noodles. The sesame flavoring paired nicely with the ground pork and the sauce clung nicely to the glass noodles. The eggrolls are made in house and had a great cabbage crunch. My husband ordered a side of tempura shrimp, the batter was light and crunchy. My edamame had a generous sprinkling of coarse salt. All of food had lovely presentations. The staff was attentive and friendly. It was busy but we did not feel rushed and it was not overly noisy.

We didn't have to ask for anything, they were so attentive. I got the beef flat noodles and they were amazing! It's similar to pad Thai without the spice. My son got the shrimp fried rice and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. Hubby got the sushi roll called Lobster and it was so amazing. We will definitely be going back! The Christmas decor was also so adorable.

Dinner took 90 minutes, arrived 5:30pm Friday night, but sitting was not at all full. Did see lots of to go orders going out the door. Waitress never came back to check on water or anything else. Took 30 minutes just to place order. Will not dine in again.

Over 30 minutes waiting now.. Neither is the store full or busy... I'm watching people come and go like clockwork. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.. Is the food good? I would say yes. Do they consider people's time and schedule? I would say no... There is a reason why an estimated pickup time is in place from a protocol standpoint... Five or maybe even 10 minutes past that I would consider the grace period, but to be waiting on for 30 minutes, well I'll just consider that disrespectful... The prices are not cheap, and so you have good paying customers that tip good, I consider that consideration would be given. Therefore I do not recommend this restaurant...
