Chicken Bacon Ranch was horrific. I remember JJ's from the day where it started at Eastern Illinois University. Gone downhill at this location.

Tyler the General manager does not need a position in customer service. The video I just seen of how he treats and discriminates against black people at the Tulsa S Yale location is absolutely insane.

I very clearly told the employee that I wanted my sandwich to be heated up and what toppings I wanted in it because it was for my son who is very picky about his sandwiches. I went to the end to pay while they made my sandwich and then took my order home, just to find out that my son’s sandwich is ice cold. They did not warm it up one bit. They must have put it in the freezer or something to get it that cold and my son would not even touch it. You guys are the reason my son couldn’t eat tonight. I will be going to the subway here from now on.
