    I said no onions didn't want it toasted guess what's on it onions like damn what's so hard about taking one thing off and just listening to someone that's paying for the food and service first and last time dumb

    Ordered the totally tuna sandwich, which I normally do. There was so much salt in this tuna it was un editable. When I called the store back just to give them a heads up on serving more of the tuna the young man that answered the phone didn’t even reply to me. He said nothing literally nothing.Secondly, the ice machine has been out for over a month meaning it’s not keeping the syrup of the soda chilled andso if you get one of their soft drinks, it’s not cold cause there’s no ice in it and it has taken the carbonation out so you are literally paying for a flat tasting soda

    Seriously I don’t know how they managed to screw up our order so badly. Other than them being out of most of their bread, they managed to make a veggie sandwich WITHOUT ANY VEGGIES!

    This location has really gone downhill. Got one dude on the phone for 30 minutes while 10 customers are waiting in the lobby for food. Got one guy training someone completely new, which will happen, but not much energy or sense of urgency. Maybe just caught them on a bad day but this isn’t the JJ i’m used to
