  I just wanted to throw away some Starbucks trash and I couldn’t find a trashcan. Went in 4 mins before close and Dakota couldn’t have been more helpful. Give that man a raise. God bless

  Wow, I've potentially been to JJ over 500 times in the past 20 years and I have never had such inept service. Walked in and ordered with cashier who was not groomed and was visibly stoned. Took 17 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and there was 1 order in front of us. Review footage at 7pm to 717. When we got the order is was wrong... but didn't have another 15 minutes to have them remake it. What happoned to freaky fast food?!

  It’s good for what it is, nothing crazy fancy but worth it in a pinch when you have family in the hospital next door. Very friendly guy behind the counter when we visited.
