Extremely slow. After waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, I spent another 10 waiting on my sandwich (literally just ham and cheese) and standing on a sticky floor.
Jimmy John's used to be legitimately fast and was generally always clean and friendly. Their quality has cratered in the last few years...

Well I just wanted a #1 toasted but you can only get the "favorites" toasted.
So I changed to the #11.
Waited almost 10 minutes then finally got both our sandwiches & they both were cold.
Told the dude it was supposed to be toasted and he said "only favorites get toasted" (he was the same man that took the order) Had to remind him I changed my order so it could be toasted. Also I guess he can't retain the info that a #11 is a favorite.

Ich habe die Cubana genommen. Es fehlte an Fleisch und Käse, serviert auf einem Brötchen, das einem angebrannten Hotdog ähnelte, und das alles für 13,99 $. Nächstes Mal verzichte ich lieber.

Drive thru head sets break. Understandable. Going back half a dozen times over several months and seeing employees having to go out to the parking lot to explain to drivers that the head sets aren't working is ridiculous. Owners or management is failing their customers and their employees!! Stop being cheap, fix the problem or you will continue to run off customers who don't want to wait 10 minutes if not longer for a sandwich. Freaky slow is the way things are now. Aggravating!!!!!!!!
