Five Guys is known for being pricey but premium this was extremely pricey as normal but horrible experience Five Guys advertises having well done burgers which is the reason I like them but the burgers we were served are medium rare they were so red! The lady who took our orders was unhelpful and was screaming at us to order and was talking in a loud tone somehow she didn’t mess up our order but she made sure to be very rude they gave us extra fries as all five guys is instructed too but that’s just a trick to make you feel better about getting overpriced food I’m never coming back to give guys because of them I recommend staying away

We ate outside because it's freezing inside. They keep it cold so you order more food. I only visit five guys once every two years. I don't want to be in the way of the big spenders.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
