I was supposed to have a bunless burger but was served a bun. The ladies watched and laughed from behind the counter. Yikes! The soda machine had no syrup. It was flavorless. The fries weren't as crispy as I remembered. I was wondering why 5 guys is empty ...I think they're lacking in good customer service and atmosphere. After the lady who laughed at supposedly getting my order wrong on accident came out and gave my husband $10 off coupons for when we come again....unfortunately 🙃 I won't be coming back.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
