I gave my name at the drive-thru speaker, yet when I reached the window, the employee attempted to charge me for an entirely different order. When I clarified that my order was already paid for through the app, she responded with clear irritation and passive-aggressive behavior instead of confirming the information. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no effort to resolve the confusion, and no acknowledgment that the mistake came from their end. Instead, I was treated as though I was in the wrong. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service is unacceptable and very disappointing.

New favorite, I think.
