The guy doing the coffees today made me the most delicious coffee I've ever had.... It was a hot vanilla latte with a shot of espresso... Idk what he did but this is magical!

Drive 5 miles to get Einstein bros for them to mess up our order. Unfortunately we didn’t realize it was messed up until we got home, and we had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. There were no apologies, no refunds and no compensation of any kind for our food.

Empty.......no other customers there. Order was canceled twice so the drive thru had priority. Was told POS was down and they had first priority. I'll just go to New York Bagel next time.

We used to love Einstein Bros. bagels in Texas. Haven’t been to one since we moved here six years ago. Anyway, the bagels are much smaller now and not half the quality that we were used to in Texas. I don’t know if it’s just the location we went to or if all of them have gone downhill, but to spend $25 on a baker’s dozen and have them smaller and honestly subpar was so disappointing! We certainly will not be back.
