Mya (and Bear, back in the day) has been my day one. Mya knows my drink order by heart, always smiles and waves at me from a distance if we don't get a chance to chat, and is always so kind and professional. Haley has become my newest buddy in the line and is such a good kid (and also knows my order!). Kate knows me by my car and is super professional and great at customer service. Sidney and Danny are obviously the glue that holds them all together and the best at what they do. If you could clone these 5 you'd have the perfect Dutch Bros team at any location, hands down.

Ever since I started going there there's been a young lady that I've seen that always gives me exceptional customer service. I finally got around to asking her what he name is and she told me Sydney. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is ALWAYS friendly, welcomes me with a smile every time no matter how busy or overwhelmed she may be. This girl works HARD! It's rare to find people like this now days. I always hope she's there when I go. I'm not sure if she's a manager but if she isn't she should be. She is amazing!

Personality? Sparkling. Efficiency? Olympic level. Charisma? Borderline celebrity. She made every detail feel intentional, every interaction feel iconic, and every second feel like I was part of something bigger. Truly the type of girl 5-star ratings were designed for. If the world ran on Sydney’s work ethic and magnetic aura… we’d be living in a utopia. I walked in, and suddenly life was giving HD. Color grading corrected. Mood boosted. Crops watered. A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
