It takes them 20 minutes to get my drink out. they prioritize drive-through orders and forget about they walk up orders until they clear the drive-through. this is ridiculous. I always even tip well!! I won’t be coming back to this location again. coming here is dreadful and it absolutely sucks since I work right next to the location. I will from now on be going out of my way to go to a different location this is ridiculous.

I waited at the window and, from what I could see through the window, there were no cars in the drive-through, so I felt a bit ignored. While taking my order, she barely made eye contact and continued joking with her coworker, making me feel as though I wasn’t even there. The most disappointing part was when I politely asked to clarify a topping on my drink, she visibly stopped, looked at her coworker, made an annoyed face (clearly visible), gave a short response, and closed the window. Everyone has bad days, but this interaction felt unprofessional.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
