I just learned that Mackenzie, the manager is leaving and it made me sad; she always plays with my dog when we come through drive thru window and tries her best to get all food and coffee done as fast and accurate as possible. The new staff improved the wait and quality of service tremendously in the past months. Please keep this crew, they are all hard workers and great people!

- DHDerek HeinDec 19, 20251.0Had an employee give me a doughnut after already disliking dunkin donuts due to a bad doordash experience and the quality of food and packaging being terrible. They let me know that the donuts they made about 6 hours ago get served to the customers in the morning. Nothing fresh. I worked at Krispy Kreme and at least they serve fresh doughnuts(it’s what they’re known for they turn a light on to let people know they’re making fresh doughnuts). Makes sense why dunkin is known for “cakey” donuts more like stale donuts..they also put doughnuts in a warmer to keep them warm? No donut place in Oklahoma serves stale donuts and warms them up, except a gas station just like QuikTrip and they sell $1 doughnuts after 3pm. Krispy Kreme packages and ships them to places like Wal-Mart. Also heard the place is dirty and potentially hasn’t been properly cleaned and sanitized in months. Also probably should ask for Food Handler permits before hiring and firing employees because I see former employees talk about this, walk outs, and facebook posts for immediate hirings? Absolutely disgusting and dumbfounding..
