When I called and complained, the person who answered the phone was very condescending and said "well, some people leave instructions to place it somewhere." When I said we did t have any delivery instructions, he, again, condescendingly asked "well, what do you want me to do about It?" how about you train your employees to not put food on the floor and expect us to eat it. It was highly disrespectful. I used to be a pizza delivery driver and I know without a doubt if I pulled a stunt like that, I wouldve been fired immediately. I dont know who that driver was or which manager answered the phone, but they need to be dealt with.
