So I ordered online and waited 20 minutes for a quesadilla that has a 10 minute cook time maximum. Then I got in line and made my way to the register and asked a lady with red hair about my order. “If you have an online order and it’s not on the shelf it’s not ready”. I get that that is how it works but I had been waiting for too long already. Will be back to chipotle but not this location. Service is always terrible and I am a server at a local restaurant so I know how customers can be. Pretty disappointed to say the least.
