The attendant seemed as though she was in a rush and didnt suggest or offer. We asked what specific items were and were told asked for them and she never told us was an upcharge. 2 bowls first timers $45.00. NOT PLEASED

Steak is not cheap so one half scoop was not enough when there is a 10 min wait on the next round for fresh steak and queso. However I was doubled charged so I mentioned I was not paying double so I went with half serving scoops for 13.00 dollars because April felt that I should pay double so i had ro have my bowl remade with half servings of bean and rice with steak. April customer service is horrible and I hate to say I will never take my lunch break at this location again because of your half serving and high price for a bowl and bad customer service. The is a convenience for me to grab and go on lunch as I am a Amazon driver that needs great protein and fast and easy service. Horrible experience
