- HHHannahSep 28, 20251.0I was extremely disappointed with my recent Chipotle experience. There were bugs in my bowl. I ordered online and had my boyfriend pick it up and bring it home. I opened it and immediately noticed a smaller but not tiny black bug crawling up out of my lettuce. I wish I had taken pictures but I freaked out when I saw it and threw it away. I contacted chipotle customer service to get a FULL refund. There was no way I was eating the chips and guacamole I also got after seeing that. They also forgot my drink which I was going to let go until I saw that disgusting bug in my food that I paid $25 for. The best they could offer me was 2 free entrees. I told the woman she is crazy if she thinks I would ever eat there again and asked for a complete refund. They only offered me $14 back. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable and pure disgusting. I also wrote an email to Chipotle Feedback which says they respond quicker there but I have yet to receive a reply. The bag was folded up, bowl tightly closed before it was opened. There is absolutely no way it got in my bowl other than being in the Chipotle kitchen. I will never eat here again in my life. Thank you for creating a new fear for me.
