The portion size is a little smaller compared to the other chipotle I usually go to. The employees seem to lack on communication and have troubles with time management. It took me about 15 minutes for me to get my online order. The lines were long but it was around dinner rush. I probably won’t go to this location again, by choice.

They are supposed to open at 10:45 but they will leave people waiting outside long after 11 even if it’s raining or cold outside. I don’t know if it’s company policy to treat customers so badly or if it’s just the workers at this location but basic hospitality would suggest you should invite potential customers to wait inside if you’re still getting ready when the weather outside is poor. I’m disappointed and will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

They didn’t open the doors until 11:10 and the informed me it would be another 30 minutes. They can’t process a refund, and the chipotle app doesn’t seem to be able to either. Managers are no help and acting like I’m in the wrong here, when they are the ones not giving me my food!
