The portions were insanely skimpy across the board, the protein, rice, beans, corn, and guacamole, even after requesting extra. When we brought this up to the employee preparing the food, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. There is a clear standard for portion sizes, and these bowls were well below that expectation. I would be surprised if the bowl met even 800 calories. Additionally, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. I initially considered giving two stars because the cashier was somewhat polite and understanding. However, during our meal, we observed her speaking with the food preparer while looking and gesturing toward us, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The bathrooms were also unclean. Not to mention the LONG line due to the extremely slow service. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would absolutely recommend avoiding this location. The GM needs to check up on this location ASAP.
