I didn’t get my order until 7:40 and that’s because I had to ask for my order twice when I noticed they were putting out orders with etas of 6:50 and 7. The togo area was so out of wack. There were multiple guests waiting for their food for an hour or longer, with no rhyme or reason as to tickets being pushed out in the order they were placed. Who I assume was the GM came in on her off hours to get everything settled. The team as a whole really needs work. I’ve worked at multiple restaurants. So I know a rush can get crazy, but you have to push out items in the order they are placed, and if it’s late it should at least be correct. they were losing tickets and food was dying on the counter. I saw 3 guests have to get their orders corrected while I was there. My order also came out incorrect, but just took my food and left. Burning two hours for a late and wrong order is absurd.
