  After being a loyal customer for over a year, I am extremely disappointed with the sudden change in service at Cava on Brookside. For the past year, I have ordered the same meal three days a week and the staff had always been accommodating, even though it was a kid's meal. However, this past week, the location has refused to prepare my meal the way I've always ordered it, despite my willingness to pay extra. This sudden change in policy and lack of consistency has ruined my dining experience, and I will no longer be patronizing this location. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who values reliable service and customer satisfaction. I removed my previous positive review. It’s not likely I will ever return to a cava again. I love Mediterranean food, but I am looking for alternatives now. I am aware I could order the exact same mail using the app, but I won’t be doing that either because of cavas ridiculous customer service policies.

  Disaponting. We had never been here before but we were craving Mediterranean food and this place came up on google so we stopped in. It turns out this place is a "Mediterranean restaurant" in much the same way as Chipotle is "traditional Mexican food". Choose your rice. Choose your protein. Which sauce would you like. We were looking for more of a predetermined meal experience. I am mostly upset at Google having this place come up as both "tradional Mediterranean" and "gyro restaurant" when they don't have gyro as a meal option and they don't have any other actual traditional Mediterranean meal options. Just build your own Shwarma wrap or bowl.

  Quande and Alisha was very helpful and attentive to me and my family. They were patient with us and accommodating. They helped and even gave insights and their opinions on what they felt taste the best. 10/10 food and service at this location

  I am amazed that there are still folks that have not been to CAVA. I have been to a few now and Brookside CAVA is my Al time favorite.. i travel the world and the customer service, friendly /welcoming atmosphere makes me look forward to coming to Brookside CAVA. I had not been in Tulsa for a while and as soon as I walked in Yari says we have missed you. Welcome back. I was blown away. Quande greeted me with an infections smile and ensured my order was complete. I would be remiss if I did not mention the Leadership. I am rooted in Customer Service and to see Leadership jump in the trenches when needed and always smiling let staff and customers know. I don’t just manage, I lead by example. Store is always clean. Atmosphere is always light.. Customer Service is always excellent. I am often asked why do you have so many yellow CAVA bags, my response question is why dolly you have yellow CAVA bags? Thank you Brookside CAVA for a consistent Experience with Exceptional Customer Service. See you soon!
