- BKBrian Kindall6 days ago5.0Cava is a chain, but it’s one of my favorite chains. I’ve eaten at a few other locations, but the one at 61st and Yale does a great job. This place is managed well. The service is great. They are always very helpful to explain the ingredients and available portion sizes and options. They don’t try to jam you through, but still manage to service everyone efficiently. The employees are really friendly and professional. The place is always very clean. The food on the line is always fresh and vibrant looking. Never any fears about weird-looking food or something that’s been out too long. I take my parents here. I take my kids here. I take my pastor here. It just doesn’t disappoint in any way. I eat in the dining room all the time, but it’s my ‘go to’ for takeout.
