From the moment I walked in, employees were laughing and whispering. After hearing my accent, they commented that I wasn’t from here and continued making remarks between themselves. I felt judged and disrespected for something as simple as the way I speak. No one should feel uncomfortable or mocked because of their accent. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff treats all customers with basic respect and professionalism.
