Upon showing up I was greeted by two incompetent managers that prompt came to my car asking if I activated or did smthn online when it worked fine at Outback. They looked at me as though I was committing a crime. Went to Outback here on 71st right up the road and the.manager here said oh they have to run it as a credit card. So ill spend the money here and enjoy a beer waiting instead. Get new managers. Ones that know what theyre doing.

There was $104 left on the gift card and our total was $90.32. Three people came out to the car telling my husband they couldn’t run the card obviously he was frustrated and gave them the food back so he went right over to outback and the card ran fine. The lady outback said if they would’ve run it like a credit card they would’ve known, but they traded my husband like he was some kind of crook when we were literally just trying to use a gift card from Christmas. Sounds like you guys need to be a little more knowledgeable about gift cards being used at your establishment
