  I almost always order take-out from here. The quality remains consistent. A solid place to eat at during fight night, along with friends and family.

  My friend and I waited 90 minutes for food and never received it. We were assured multiple times that our food was coming, but it never did. We ended up leaving. I filled out a form on their website hoping they would make it right. But that lead me nowhere. Evidently customer service is not a priority for BWW. We should have gone to Wing Stop.

  My husband and I both noticed our waitress consistently ignored me for half of our dinner while trying to flirt with my husband as soon as I walked off to try to get some form of table service. Two other wait staff refused to assist me even after I'd explained our waitress wouldn't assist acting as if I was speaking Latin or something. Manager came out due to our wings coming out cold and old then they decided to bring us wings burnt like hockey pucks that were so hard and dried out that they caused my husband's mouth to bleed. Will not return. They gave us $13 off a $50 order when all we wanted was respectable service and food that was edible. Really sad. Should at least reassigned the table to a different waitress. After my husband ignored her advances including her playing with her shirt collar, and putting her fingers down the front of her shirt in front of him, she spent majority of the rest of our dinner at the next table over falling all over the next man in line. Check your cameras. Your employee isnt just incompetent and gross but incredibly unprofessional. If she wants to work for tips in that manner she should try Lipstick not food *service*.

  I know just another chicken place right? I like the wings and all the flavor options, nachos, burgers, the sampler, cheap house beer is decent and sports. And... the rewards program. I've got 15,000 points and 10 bone in wings is 2,000 points, free wings, $4 tall beer (ordered 2) and going to order 3 Chicken dippers becuase its going to give me 300 bonus points back, so under $20 order and im going to end up getting 500pnts back in the end....? I'm in! I dont know where else in Tulsa and get all this in one setting? 🤷🏼‍♂️
