  Had a large group of about 14people. Server was present for the first portion, though i guess our group had 2 servers orders taken by both created complications. The both servers were hardly present enough, one of my friends went half his time there just waiting on his water. My food was tge last to come from the kitchen, it was definitely not what it is represented in the menu. There was barely any meat on it to call it a sandwhich. Wasn't worth the $19, I paid. The appetizer was for filling than the cheesesteak sandwhich was. Then what couldve been us being there for 2hrs, we were there for 3 1/2. Because we waited an hr for our waiters to show up to give us our check. Then we had to wait 10 to 20mins to pay and be forced to pay gratuity that didnt compliment the lack of service.

  Ate here Wednesday and i was informed that this place will be open and will be requiring all scheduled employees to come in during the coming record breaking winter storms in Tulsa! Im so glad this place puts its corporate profits over the safety and well being of its employees. If they are like this with their employees, imagine how they are with your food!!!

  The server was the worst sever I've ever had at Buffalo wild wings. There was multiple times I had to get the servers attention because he was neglecting my table. He stood in the corner for 30mins then came to our table (because we waved him down) and said, "sorry I was putting in a order" and we finally got to ask for refills. And we had to flag Alex down to tell him our order came with frys but we didn't receive them. Then when the check came I paid in cash and didn't get a receipt Alex just sat the change down and left.

  I usually order through your website and have never had any issues. Today, I placed an order and when I went to pay, the page just kept loading. To avoid being charged twice, I went into the restaurant to check what was going on. The employee told me the website does that sometimes, which I was fine with since I was already there and planned to just order in person. However, I was then told I would need to download the app to get the same price because they couldn’t honor it in-store. I want to be clear that the employee I spoke with was professional and understanding throughout the interaction. That said, it’s unfortunate that your system puts your employees in awkward situations like this, where they have no flexibility and customers are left frustrated. Please consider providing a workaround for situations like this so both customers and employees can have a better experience moving forward.

  First time visiting and it was an ok experience. I came to specifically to watch the NFL playoff game and to my surprise it was not playing on one screen. The host advise me to let my server know which TV I would like to watch and they will turn in on. That was just weird but eventually they turned multiple tvs on the game. As far as the food I ordered wings, tenders and wedges. The tenders were phenomenal but the wings were fried extremely hard and really did not enjoy them The highlight of my visit was my server Nicki. She was very attentive and made sure to check on me multiple times.
