I ordered food ended up being the wrong order I went in and talked to someone and ended up being double charged for another meal that I wanted originally after being told they would fix my order said they would refund me for it but ended up charging me

We had the French dip sub, it was very good. But I must commend the manager on duty Christmas eve, Jessica. She did a very good job in handling a difficult customer. She handled herself with respect and professionalism with a calm demeanor when basically being verbally attacked. She went above and beyond in my opinion to try to satisfy the irate customer. Other customers were commenting on the situation and agreed She handled herself well. No one wants to have to work on Christmas Eve, let along to be given a hard time. They all (whole crue) deserve a big thank you and recognition for serving your company well on Christmas Eve. I hope they all have a safe and happy holiday season.
