  I usually like Arby’s, but this experience was like a waking nightmare. I ordered the Italian beef dip with a large curly fry, my husband ordered a large plain fry. First of all 0 napkins, the dip for the sandwich was literally beef bullion, but it was like a meat flavored la croix, I didn’t end up eating it with the sandwich. Also my sandwich bread was so squished it looked like people took turns sitting on it. Okay, that’s fine, but the fries is what made me mad. If you have ever eaten dog food as a kid? You know that type of crunch? Idk how they did it but their fries literally embodied the texture and flavor of dog food. My husbands fry’s were somehow still partially frozen and the rest that were “cooked” were lumped up like dead earthworms in a paper box. I will be rethinking the next time I have a desire to eat at Arby’s.

  Sandwich was lukewarm. $17 for two sandwiches with no drinks or sides. Ridiculous

  Service was good but my burger was only half cooked there were only 2 employees and they were really working hard to service the window and lobby but they were trying really hard. They needed more help for sure but like I said they were hard workers doing the best they could kudos to them.

  I purchased a deep fried turkey club sandwich meal. The fries were okay but I have no idea what the sandwich is. There's turkey on it and that's about the only thing I can clearly identify. It looks like they threw stuffing on with maybe some soggy onion rings. I'm pretty disgusted and can't eat it because I don't know definitively what is on the sandwich because it looks nothing like the picture provided on the app or the description of a club sandwich. I only noticed once I got home and need to go to sleep and do not have time to make the drive to complain at the store and get a replacement. If this experience is left as is I don't plan on returning anytime soon. I hope this feedback actually goes somewhere

  If I could give the women at the drive thru window 10 stars I would! This girl needs a raise, her hospitality was amazing. Shes someone I would want working at my store. She made my daughter feel special. Thank you. And hopefully her boss sees this, it was Saturday 9/20 11:13 p.m.
