I got to the front and they gave me a drink disguised as a medium but really it was a small. Why do I say that? because I ordered a drink the night before to compare it to. The drink I got today was 60% foam and had all the liquid at the bottom fully concentrated with all the sugar and diabetes. It was awful that I threw it out. I called customer service and a machine answers. Why don't the stores have their own number? can they not deal with the customer they serve? I ordered a brunette frappe and it was just a drink all of it was foam and it was too sweet because they messed up the ratio. it didnt even feel like a frappe. Overall, today was not 2 for 8. what was supposed to be a good deal ended up costing me time and money for trash. We all go through a bad experience that makes us not want to come back and this was one of them.
