Service was a bit slow, but Carlos my homie absolutely rocked and took my order with swiftness while cultivating kindness, when I got too the front Alaska was a bit hesitant too start conversation but once she found her conversation starter she did excellent and was for sure one of my most positive experiences at this 7brew yall keep up the great work! And the drinks were yummy

If you are going for any of their free promotional items go early because otherwise they will be out! Everytime I try always gone but I still end up getting something great to drink and no matter what kind of mood I'm in I drive away feeling a little bit better because whoever takes my order they are always friendly and we end up talking about something. 7 Brew Coffee congratulations on your staff hires because they keep it professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not everyone would have let you know that just because you ordered it with a milk alternative that doesn't mean that it will be dairy free because some of the flavors are milk based syrup. The person who took my order not only helped suggest flavors that would be vegan friendly she double checked once I decided on one. Thank you!

I’ve had mixed experiences at this location lately. While I had a fantastic funnel cake iced drink one evening, the exact same order the following morning was disappointing. Despite two attempts to remake it, the quality didn't match my previous visit. I love the menu here, but more consistent staff training would ensure the experience is great regardless of who is behind the counter.

how hard is it to put coffee in a blender and blend it with ice i come to the 51st everyday and i started asking for extra ice cause its watery todau they through sitting it in ice would fix it umm no but ill make sure yall do ur right tomorrow

Over 30 mins to get a coffee, manager clearly lost and excuse was simply we are busy, two people in front of me left, and after all that to get a coffee that taste like burnt watered down pot coffee, I want be back, only suggestion I could give is to pay cash to make it easy to get your money back.
