I've been to this location twice. There's a guy with a beard (strange facial hair that isn't covered at all) and he's consistently rude. You walk to the counter to place an order and he just looks at you with empty eyes - no greeting, no asking what you'd like to order, just nothing. It's like you don't know whether to start ordering or to ask if he's okay and ready to take your order. The lady that actually made my order was polite enough and did bring my bagged order to the table I was sitting at. The tables were full of crumbs from lunch, I suppose. I found one chair I could sit on without sitting on crumbs but did have to wipe away the crumbs on the table. They were not busy (1pm ish) so why tables would be dirty is beyond me. I enjoy a bagel from time to time but the vibes in this location is just not good. Facial hair should be covered, employees should speak to customers and the place should be clean.

The young lady on the register didn't speak English well enough to be on the register although she was nice she was confused. Plus a young man came up to help but wasnt interested enough to actually listen to what was being ordered so he kept asking questions. My daughter asked for a egg and cheese bagel and a coffee. He asked if she wanted egg on the bagel. The store is clean and well presented but that is overshadowed by the lack of customer service skill. Eye contact, speak so the customer can hear you, not mumble and most of all, interest in what is being said. There was a lack of leadership present. Also a person that was working on the line came out to the lobby and spoke to a customer and got food that was brought in then returned behind the counter ate what she took and then put it down took a drink and went back to the line, not once washing her hands or putting gloves back on. I will not be returning to this location.

Last time it was so good but this time they barely toasted it when I asked for double toasted and they didn’t even cut it :(

Best breakfast in Tulsa period. Get the farmhouse with the bagel extra toasty, or the maplehouse with the green chili bagel

Unfortunately, you cannot trust the staff at this location. Make sure to check your food before you leave. They have a complex and are rude even when you’re spoon feeding them so much politeness. It’s really sad and I’m wondering if management is aware that they either need to give them a raise to show them that they’re appreciated and they have a purpose in this life or hire new employees. Even when they got my order wrong and redid it instead of handing it to me, they put it on the counter. I had to ask them if it was mine, and the girl just looked at it and handed it to me. I feel really sad for this place of business. I wish they hadn’t given up as a group. Just use your miss Rachel voice with them always and you’ll at least get edible food!
