- KBKourtny Bullock1 day ago1.0I’m pretty sure this Dutch Bros location operates on a completely different time zone… like geological time. I pulled up thinking I’d grab a quick coffee and suddenly I’ve had time to reflect on my life choices, text three friends, scroll my entire feed, and consider going back to school. At one point I’m almost certain I saw someone ahead of me grow a beard. Don’t get me wrong — the drinks are great and the people are super nice. I just didn’t realize ordering a latte also came with a complimentary journey of self-discovery. If you’re not in a rush and enjoy a slow, meditative drive-thru experience… this is your spot. If you’re on your way to work? Pack a lunch. Maybe dinner too.

Previously at another visit ordered a sugar free rebel energy drink that was paid for and received no energy drink but merely the sugar free add in! It was supposed to be a slushy drink and the ice wasnt even crushed? It was one big chunk of ice. Go here if you want to wait for atleast 20-40 minutes for a single drink. 1/10 paying attention 0/10 waiting
- CACandice AlstonMar 19, 20261.0I went tonight and waited about 15+ minutes in the drive thru line behind 3 other cars. When I finally got to the window to place the order the young man who took it was polite enough but then it took them (him and the girl working) about 6 minutes to make 2 drinks. I watched him and the girl flirting and talking over my drink for a couple minutes then silly me I pulled out without tasting my Golden Eagle. I got about a block away and tasted it and it is the worse thing I’ve ever paid $10 for. They didn’t add any of the flavor (caramel and vanilla) that was supposed to go in it and it was completely liquid about halfway up and then froth. Undrinkable and I’m very disgusted. Maybe if they paid more attention to the drinks instead of each other they could have made it right. Won’t be going back.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
