- HHHeidiMar 30, 20261.0So…my sourdough sandwich was not toasted as requested, it wasn’t even warm. I specifically ordered the sweet pepper bacon but received regular bacon instead. Additionally, I paid for double queso on my loaded hash browns and received less than a standard portion. My hot drink was also under filled, at barely half full. To make matters worse, when I tried to report these issues through the app, the support page repeatedly failed to load. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The only good part about my visit was the drive through cashier, who was incredibly sweet and upbeat, especially for it being first thing in the morning. I am requesting a full refund, and if this issue is not resolved, I will not be returning to this location or to Dunkin in the future.

After standing at a counter for 15 minutes, just acknowledging that someone is standing there waiting should be the lowest level of expectations, and that still didn’t happen. The poor girls waiting in front of me said no one had said a word to them yet. The food is subpar at best and I’d venture to say the only reason this place is still open is the location. Do Not Stop Here.
