  Saturday morning, 830. I've waited in line now for 10 minutes. Watching you guys walk right past my car and serve people behind me. I simply ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Nothing else, nothing more wasn't even acknowledged walking past my cars. You served people that came in after me. No, thank you, your service is crap

Whether it’s the classic Spicy Chicken Sandwich or the newer Jalapeño Ranch Club, you know exactly what you’re getting: fresh ingredients and that signature Chick-fil-A crunch. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that while the favorites are great, I'd love to see a bit more variety or bold innovation in the permanent menu. That said, the Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade is a refreshing home run for spring! Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is where Chick-fil-A truly leaves everyone else in the dust. Even with a drive-thru line wrapping around the building, the staff handles the rush with incredible speed and genuine politeness. Hearing "My pleasure" never gets old when it’s backed up by an order that is 100% accurate every single time. They have turned fast food service into a fine art. Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For a quick-service restaurant, the environment is unmatched. The dining area is always spotless, well-lit, and actually pleasant to sit in. It doesn't feel like a typical "greasy spoon" fast-food joint; it feels like a community hub. Whether you’re there for a quick lunch or bringing the kids to the play area, the vibe is always welcoming and organized.

  Went through the drive through wanting to use a reward, I told the attendant I’ve never done it and even asked her if it was redeemed when she only had me push ‘use at restaurant’ but did not scan it. After leaving I realized I was charged for it, called and explained what happened and was asked ‘and what do you want me to do about it? Refund it and you come back and we take the sandwich back’ with more attitude than sauce they’re willing to give. I’m not confrontational so I don’t think I came across as rude, simply looking for it to be righted. But not a good experience at this Chick-fil-a compared to others

  Team members at front counter, little to no interaction at all. A team member who took my order for a lemonade around 7:15pm on march 13 didn’t smile at all and didn’t even look at me until I asked for her name.
