  This was the worst Chick fil a experience I've ever had. The right line was held up for over 10 minutes by one vehicle the employee wouldn't ask to move so 7 orders from the left lane were filled. The employee said they couldn't take my money because they have to stay under the awning. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with only cheese and pickles but I was given someone else's sandwich as it only had lettuce and bacon. I can't eat pork so I call the store a few times and it rolled over to a call center who took down my complaints and informed me it would take 3 days to find out if they will refund my money and told me not to go back to the store asking for assistance because they would just give me the call center phone number. Chicken fil a used to be the gold standard but now I have to double check my food while at the pick up window like all the other fast food places.

  Hey David, thank you always being so kind and nice. I’m sorry but your staff is anything but that. I had an employee drop their water bottle on my toes and laughed it off since they didn’t speak English. I spoke to the person in charge in the moment and reported what happened but no one ever got back to me. Today my husband was treated so horribly and the team lead Yessi Torres, followed him out to our car with coupon for free sandwich like she was trying to make up for her employee who pretended like my husband was being difficult to get free food. So we gave her back the coupons you have given us in the past to let her know we don’t want her pity or free food. We can afford to eat out so we can afford to pay for it too. This is ridiculous.

  Chick-fil-A was amazing as usual—great service, fast, and everything ran smoothly. The only small hiccup was the drive-thru sign, which was a bit misaligned and caused me to miss the entrance and circle back around. Ironically, because everything there is usually so well done, I trusted the sign completely—anywhere else I might’ve second-guessed it! The “curse” of high standards, I guess. Still a great experience overall.

  Line was short. Went to right lane easier to navigate with bigger vehicle. Person in 2nd lane latrine took forever. 3 other cars passed in tge left lane before I was able to order. Rep didnt ask my name at delivery the person's didnt know my name or my order. That annoyed me, because isn't that Chik Fil A's trademark? Order for ??? Anyway the food was tasty per usual, however the chicken was dark, the batter which suggests the oil needed to be changed. I always giveaway my fries, not a fan of those unless they are fresh and crispy. My lemonade was off this time, but I'll be back. Usually this location doesn't miss!!!
