I mistakenly ordered to a different store , and even tho he totally could’ve just said sorry you gotta go to the other store , he went ahead and made my order for me and was super nice about it . I will 100% be back , and thank you so much to that manager!!

When needed she went to the back and got the ingredients separately as to make sure they were safe. When I asked a question she wasn't 100% sure about she asked questions and the kitchen and manager staff was amazing in giving me the information I needed. Overall amazing experience and I will definitely be back.

He made me feel like a truly valued customer, not an inconvenience, and that kind of service is rare. It’s the kind of experience that doesn’t just make you want to come back… it makes you want to come back every night. Adrian’s work ethic and attitude should be the standard in every restaurant. He represents Cava exceptionally well, and it’s clear this location’s leadership is doing something right by having someone like him on the team. Cava, take care of this guy.
