very rude drive thru lady. mumbled my order back to me. i said "huh?". told her i had something she didnt mention. she said yeah and then closed the window on my without seeing if she was xorrect. still wasnt correct. missing two items and had to go inside.

Horrible attitude on the workers, not helpful with at all, I placed a drive thru order and had my two crying kids in the back and they made me come inside and get food when I saw it through the drive thru.

Quick and easy stop at this McDonald’s. The service was fast, and the order was accurate, which I always appreciate. The place was clean and organized, and it’s a convenient location when you’re in Midtown. Solid experience overall

Went to drive-through about 720 this morning ordered a number one sausage egg cheese with a mocha frappe. I got ham instead. Then asked for a sausage biscuit and a sausage McMuffin as well as a caramel frappe paid at first window got to the second window. Lady was very rude and inconsiderate at the fact that I told her that both of them had mocha drizzle on them I cannot have the mocha as I am allergic to it. She argues with me, takes it out of my hand goes to the front counter puts caramel drizzle on top of the mocha drizzle and then gives it back to me and slams the window shut. And as a fellow fast food worker that currently works as a manager for Braums this is highly unprofessional. I have worked for many restaurants before with my 10 years in this industry including McDonald’s and I highly recommend getting rid of that lady before she gets you a law suit of worse kills someone.

Already ordered. Then when I get to the first window to pay they tell me the fountain machine is out. I said ill take lemonade and a tea. Took them 4 minutes to figure out how to put lemonade into the registered to change the order. Go to the 2nd window and now they said lemonade machine is out. They asked if I want tea or water, I said can I just have tea and maybe a free fries since they dont have any drinks, girl says "we dont do that". By this time im in the line from when I ordered to the 2nd window is 10 minutes. No accommodation, its not fine dining but its a service industry. I hate going McDonald's but as a reward for the kids I gave in. Also, if your employee is still wearing a mask which is their right, we customers cant understand a word when youre wearing a mask and talking through a plexiglass. Just poor service again from this location.
